New PC won’t boot with usb drive

Hey everyone, I recently just built a new system and I can’t seem to boot up the system using the usb drive I installed windows on. It gives me a “Secure Boot is enabled to prevent untrusted operating systems from loading during the system start-up. To launch UEFI shell, please disable Secure Boot option or acquire digital signature for UEFI shell file and store it in a USB flash drive”. I’ve set boot priority to the usb and also cleared secure boot keys (mb is a ASUS x570), however it gives me the same message in bios. Been trying to solve for hours, so any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I’m trying to install windows. I used the Windows 10 installation media tool from Microsoft.com and downloaded it on the usb drive.

What format is the USB drive? 32 bit works best.
Did some digging ans see if this helps
Most new ASUS motherboards do not have the option to let users to turn off the UEFI secure boot. The “Secure Boot Enabled” is always greyed out and unable to change that option. Yet, we

Some have even said to flash to the latest BIOS version has corrected this.

Sorry if I’m incorrect, but I think the format is FAT32? I updated the bios last night to see if that solved the problem, but nothing. I just realized however that I was installing the media creation tool to a sd card that I forgot to remove from my laptop (Lol nice one), so maybe that was the problem? I took out the card from the laptop and made sure the tool was installed on the usb drive rather than the sd. My laptop was displaying both as usb drives and for some reason I didn’t bother to see if I was installing it to the right one. I’m currently at work so once I get home I’ll try again. Appreciate the help, I’ll let you know once I try again if it works, thanks!
