PC Won’t Post but lights and fans work

I’m new to the building pc scenes so bear with me here. Last year, almost to the date I followed a build online for a gaming pc. Since then it’s been running great but the other day while watching YouTube the display went black. Everything still works, lights and stuff, but I can’t get a display up. I’ve tried taking out the MoBo battery, unplugging separate parts, and adjusting the cpu. If anyone has any suggestions that would help a lot I’ve been going circles with pc repair guys around here.

moBo: ASUS B450 Prime AMD Ryzen 2 Atx
PSU: EVGA 650 W Silver
SSD: ADATA SU800 256 Gb 2.5 inch
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5 inch
Case: Rosewill ATX Mid Tower Cullian MX RGB
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 2666 MHz DDR4 DRAM 16 gb (1 stick)

Have you tried installing another video card to test with to see if the computer boots up properly?

Have you tried installing just one stick of RAM in the motherboard?
