Building a complete new gaming pc without no experience

So I wanna buy and build a gaming, but i found it hard to find what gpu and cpu I should get for a good price. My budget for everything would be around 900 - 1200 Euros. And i wanna be able to play all games at 1080p 60fps with ultra settings. I think i found everything I need except the gpu and cpu as i said. Am from Portugal btw, but I can buy stuff from both amazon spain and amazon uk.
