Okay okay, but im kind of on budget.

Not sure why you have post the above or how you think it changes anything, you asked for upgrade advice and you have been provided with it + if you are on such a tight budget why did you also ask about upgrading the CPU as well.
Short version, find a GPU that fits in your machine, purchase the appropriate spec and quality brand of PSU and the required PSU adaptor and you are sorted.
Just fyi, if you are wanting us to say that it is ok to use a rubbish PSU I`m afraid that it is not going to happen, we would rather give no advice than give bad advice.Comment
