Hi there, I’ve just finished building my first pc build, and I got the whole thing fired up, fans were working fine but when I went to use the monitor, it stated “no signal” but the VGA adapter was inserted correctly also my rgb keyboard and mouse were not glowing and not responding to the pc, could someone please direct me in the right direction of resolving this thanks

What do you intend the main use of the computer to be, reason I ask is you are going to need an add on video card and depending on the use you could be looking at having to spend circa £200 for a half decent GPUComment

Least expensive cards on the above lists benchmark info here first two cards are ok for the recommended requirements, third card only good for minimum.

What card did you get.
Have you made sure that you have not connected to a MB port instead of the GPU, sorry if not the case but it is a common mistake.Comment

Have you securely connected the 6+2 (8 pin) PCI-E connector to the GPU from the PSU.
What type of port on the GPU are you connected to.
What is the brand and model name or number of the screen that you are connected to.
Can I ask that you do not quote every reply, it really does not help any and just makes for unnecessary reading, thanks.Comment
