    Troubles with Bios and USB ports - first computer build

    Hey guys, here are the specs for the system

    Ryzen 5 3600
    Gigabyte AUROS B450 Pro Wifi
    16GB Corsair Vengeance Pro 3600Mhz
    Samsung 970 Evo 500gb SSD
    Gigabyte GeForce 2070 Windforce 2x
    CoolerMaster Hyper Evo 212 RGB
    Phanteks P400s Red/Black

    Soon on initial boot I was able to get into bios and see all the specs of the system, I restarted and once again and got into my Bios and started to try and figure out how to boot windows, I ended up on trying put the primary boot to the removable Hardsrive I had windows installed on (this is before I realize I needed the windows install media), I then saved and exited, which causes thepc to restart. But now I have no connectivity to my mouse or keyboard throughUSB 3.0 ports on startup which doesn’t allow me to get into bios, and I’m faced with a screen that says;
    Reboot and Select proper boot device
    or Insert Boot Media in selected boot device and press a key.
    My keyboard won’t work so I can’tdo anything, any thoughts would be appreciated (it’s a brand new keyboard that works on my other pc I have running, I checked to make sure after going through all this)

    If i read that right, you could access BIOS, then made some changes, now you can’t access BIOS.
    if so, reset BIOS to factory defaults by looking at the manual that should have come with the motherboard.
    it will either have a button, soldering on to the motherboard that you can press, or jumper pins that can be used to reset the BIOS.

    that should get the keyboard working again so you can get on to the next issue of loading Windows.
    for that, can i suggest, you load a fresh copy of it onto your SSD.
    so you’ll need to download the latest build from Microsoft using their Windows Media Creation Tool.
