    Hello

Double check your outlets/mains to see if they are working correctly.. If they are working, then it could be the mobo..

does it have an internal speaker connected to the motherboard?
if yes, do you hear any beeps when turning it on with no memory chips inserted?
when you do turn it on, do you hear noise from fans, hard drive, and do the power and hard drive LED’s come on?

my friend both it from another friend and we don’t have access to an internal speaker. i have double checked the connections no luck i guess a new motherboard is the only option. thank you so much for your help

it could well be the motherboard, but there may be some more things to try first.
getting an internal speaker connected to the speaker header on the motherboard will determine that.
any speaker will do, those small circle black ones are readily available from any electronics or PC repair store.
should cost less than $5. even a normal speaker if you have one lying around (don’t we all or is that just me!) making sure to gwet the black and red cables correct. the motherboard will have the correct orientation for the cables written on the board.

without memory, and certainly without the CPU, attached, your motherboard will constantly beep, if you hear no beeps, it’s a good guess the mobo is dead. especially since you have tried changing the PSU.

also try removing everything, cleaning everything and only putting back the core essential components - so everything except mouse, keyboard, DVD unit, add-on graphics card and only one memory.
