Termal paste

Hi, my im installing more ram to my pc but the usb on my Nzxt kraken x62 is blocking one of my ram slots. Do i break my termal paste if i remove it and turn it around?

It may be possible and you may have to reapply thermal paste,which would involve cleaning the old thermal paste off before applying the new paste.

exactly what I have done with my new Kraken x42 cooler, have the two hose fittings sitting at 12 o’clock instead of 3 o’clock.
only issue is the NZXT logo is now vertical instead of horizontal. can turn it off but it doesn’t look too bad.

you probably wouldn’t need to redo the paste, but why risk it. wipe it clean and re-apply.

Are you sure that you need more RAM!

Post the case, MB and present RAM specs + the reason why you feel the need to upgrade the RAM.

Just been asked to include 64GB of RAM in a new build and when I asked the customer if they were sure that they needed 64GB of RAM they said yes because they also wanted 64-bit Windows 10 installing :whistle:
