Plus, it would prolly be best to not buy a used computer, might just be someone else’s nightmare. If you do not have the cash for a new one, save up till you do. New computers have the option to come with a warranty for a little extra cash. So if something goes wrong you can have it fixed at no extra cost, where as if you buy something from some random person off the internet… well you get what I am saying.Comment

Either one should be just fine. First one is right in your price range, the second is just out of it since you say maybe a little more, and it would be worth the extra couple hundred.
