Building PC and it is not posting.

I have an Asus ASRock Fatality x470 gaming 4k Motherboard, AM4 chipset with the AMD Ryzen 2700x. Everything is installed on my test bench, not posting. Bios won’t pop up and monitor is still dark. I jumped the CMOS as well, still nothing. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Think you’ll find Asus and Asrock are different???

Is this a new build?
Do any fans work when you attempt to boot it?
Do you have onboard or dedicated graphics card?
Do you have a speaker connected to the motherboard, and if so are there any beep codes?
