Computer turns on but no display on screen

    Question above.
    Tried different ram slots.
    Tried holding the power button.
    Tried removing the CMOS battery.
    Tried removing the GSU.
    Tried HDMI, DVI, VGA.
    Tried different HDD.
Tried removing CPU and removing dust.
    Motherboard appears undamaged.
Checked the CPU power cables at least a hundred times.
Check different RAM in different slots

    Parts:
    MB: Gigabyte A320M-S2H
    CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 1200
    RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 8GH 2666MHz
    GPU: EVGA Geforce 210 DDR3 1024MB
    PSU: EVGA 500W 80+
OS: None yet, planned Windows 10

When I removed the GPU I got beeps which I looked up to mean missing or damaged GPU (1 long, 3 short).
The monitor detects the computer but goes into energy saving mode.
Caps Lock light on keyboard does no turn on when pressed if the graphics card is in but it does if it taken out.

Building computers is not my specialty, so any help at all would be useful

    Hello

I am assuming you have the correct drivers installed for your gpu?

it’s not apparent from your description, but have you removed the GPU, set the BIOS to use the integrated graphics card and ran the PC that way successfully?
