Looks like the MB may have been shorted out I`m afraid Marcoco
In the order of failure rate it is most often PSU, GPU, RAM, MB then the CPU, the PSU is powering things up, you have tried an alternative GPU, two sticks of RAM have been tried separately but the behaviour is the same, this makes the MB the most likely cause and based on what we know about the stand offs a shorted out board the cause.
Only one further thing that you can try yourself and it may not be easy at this time of year, get yourself a BIOS error speaker to attach the speaker header on the MB, see attachment below, you should also inspect the MB closely to look for any blown or bulging caps, see info here to help with this.Comment

Honestly that’s probably what happened, I have carpet and I tried to put the standoffs late when I got off of work at 1 am so I was probably sloppy and maybe I shocked something or I’m not sure. Anyways thank you for all your help I really appreciate it, I’m probably gonna just return it to amazon because I bought it not too long ago and then just buy another MOBO. That would work correct? It’s also not imparative as I’m building a new one anyways so if it’s a loss I can part it out and (hopefully) break even with the build.Originally posted by phillpower2Looks like the MB may have been shorted out I`m afraid Marcoco

Not the MB but the case was on the carpet and I set the MB on the case then put in the two standoffs then put the MB back in. Oh and I may have grabbed the MB by the CPU fan and not the sides of the MBOriginally posted by phillpower2Did you lay the MB directly on the carpet.

That would not short out anything but not grounding yourself whilst on a carpet potentially could.
Have you done this.Originally posted by phillpower2you should also inspect the MB closely to look for any blown or bulging caps, see info here to help with this.Comment

The only things I found that may be indicative of something are two capacitors that look a little cockeyed and the back of the board looks like it may have been scratched and it had a small amount of what looks like copper exposed.Originally posted by phillpower2That would not short out anything but not grounding yourself whilst on a carpet potentially could.

Caps can often be off centre and be in full working order, the following does suggest that the board is damaged beyond repair though
Light scratches you can get away with but if the laminate or soldered circuit have been broken the board will not work, you could try an RMA but you will most likely be declined, if you can see the damage so will the merchants techs who have to check RMA products.Originally posted by Marcocothe back of the board looks like it may have been scratched and it had a small amount of what looks like copper exposed.Comment
