Hello Rafalex,
Can I ask what the brand and model name or number details of the present PSU are, 650W sounds great but certain brands are complete junk.
Will you need a new case and DVD drive. -

Not a bad PSU when new 6+ years ago but is three years out of warranty so should also be replaced.
Done a quick list here, over your budget and being realistic unless you do an AMD build you will not get everything for £750, the only room for manoeuvre would be to downgrade the CPU and MB, take a look and see if you can tweak the list to suit for yourself.Comment

You may save £50 on Windows now but don`t forget support for Windows 7 ends in a couple of years so it may well end up costing you a lot more.
Lets see what we can do with an AMD build, their new Ryzen processors are well rated.Comment

NB: Please keep in mind what I said about your present PSU, spend an additional £50 or so now rather than risk blowing all of the new hardware with a 6+ year old power supply.Comment

Depends on the particular PSU, cheap 600W brands are often not capable of putting out even 500W, let us know what you are looking at but a word to the wise don`t go cheap and make sure that anything you consider is at least Bronze efficiency rated.Comment
