Need help with flickering screen

Hi there,

I recently was playing a game when it resulted in a power cut/crash to my pc. I then restarted my pc and throughout startup no problems occurred. An issue arose when I signed in and it resulted in my screen flickering in and out of darkness in quick succession, I have tried to fix this in multiple ways including startup repair, disk repair, system restore and even an entire system reset, all of these options were met with problems and were unable to go through. I doubt it would be a gpu related hardware issue as my processor contains integrated graphics in which I switched for test purposes and the same issue occurred, I have attached pictures below to show my problem, it is a very strange problem as when I go to ctrl alt delete the screen stops flickering. If anybody has heard of any fixes possible it would be very appreciated.
