                    You never ran the tool.
The minitoolbox log confirms that, a restore point is created when running the tool., It’s fine that you did not do it. I can only lead a horse to water.

                    **** End of log ****

Delete what was in the logs and telling me you followed instructions, just curious as why one would do that.

                    I leave you with @Bruce

I did run the log, why would i lie to someone who’s trying to help me? Both my monitors went black, a cmd type screen appeared and it was a 5 phase process, it took like 2 minutes, i did it at least 3 times, looked something like this

                      Xxxx
                      Xxxx [II]
                      Xxxx [III]
                      Xxxx [IIII]
                      Xxxx [IIIII]

Then it was done, and once again i ask, why would I lie to someone who’s clearly trying to help me, hope you realise i did run the PrivWindowLite thing.

Anyways i’m doing the process you told me after it, to delete nvidia driver using a program and then installing it using something else, will let you knownthe results once it’s done.

Ok. It happens a lot. I aplogize,[COLOR=rgb(243, 121, 52)] lot’s of people come in and ask for help and only pick and choose what they want to do.
Since the restore point was not created that made me think you were being deceptive.

                        Thanks for clarifying. [/COLOR]

All good, completely understand. So I did half of what you told me, I did install everything and uninstalled the drivers in safe mode, rebooted, and when I did reboot it looked like i was in safe mode with the stretched res and only 1 monitor working but i wasn’t, it looked like that probably cause my gpu didn’t have a driver, so when i went into NVCleanstall I did the entire thing but I coulnd’t do it cause it kept causing an error, don’t remember what it said but when I was trying to open the setup file after the install it appeared an error on the screen and the setup file once I tried to open it, appeared an error and deleted itself, keep it in mind while I was doing all that (when my gpu had no drivers and it looked like i was in safe mode) the mouse lag was gone, so was the audio glitch, but when I opened the nvidia app to install latest drivers cause it wasn’t working with the NVCleanstall, after I installed the new drivers, it came back, mouse lag audio glitch all that, so I’m pretty sure it’s something related to the gpu drivers, but doesn’t matter what version I install the bug continues, and when I tried to use the app you told me to use (NVCleanstall) it wasn’t working.

Also I should mention that when I opened the NVCleanstall it showed that they didn’t work with the latest drivers, like version 566.63 something like that, so maybe if I try to install another version it would work?

Is the mouse wired or wireless?
Have you checked for any updated drivers to the USB ports?
Did you insert the mouse into the same ports as it was before?
