My mouse randomly stops working

Hello,
As you can see by the title, my mouse (Hyperx Pulsefire haste Wired) just randomly shuts down for 1-3 seconds then starts working again. The rgb on the scroll wheel remains on but the mouse itself doesn’t respond. The clicks, sensor, scroll wheel all doesn’t work when this happens. This has happening to me for 3-4 months now. I haven’t cleaned it since I’ve bought it which is around a year. I’m not sure what’s wrong with it but It’s getting kinda annoying since It randomly shuts down during games. I already updated to the latest firmware of the mouse also factory reset it, Does anyone know how to fix this?

Have you tried different USB ports: front, back, USB2, USB3?
Have you connected the mouse to a different PC and see if it happens there as well?
On the other PC, don’t install the software, just plug it in and use it.
