Have to unplug speaker each time after startup for it to appear in output devices

I recently upgraded my mobo to a msi mag z790 tomahawk. I have a razer leviathan v2x soundbar which worked fine before I upgraded my mobo/cpu. For whatever reason the speaker isn’t recognized when the PC is turned on. I have to unplug the usb c cable and plug it back in for it to appear in my output devices. The speaker works fine after that and even shows up if I reset my pc. I’ve literally tried everything to my knowledge. I reached out to Razer, MSI, and Microsoft and they said it wasn’t an issue on their end. I’ve reinstalled my OS, reinstalled drivers, reset my BIOS settings. It’s a simple fix to get it working each time but it’s driving me crazy that it just doesn’t work like it should. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

When I shutdown my PC and switch off the power supply the next time I boot up my PC detects the speaker. Not sure what that says about the issue. That’s been repeatable the 2 times I’ve tried it.

Left field, but have you tried powering the soundbar via a USB-C wall charger, but connecting it to the PC via Bluetooth?
Would of course require your PC to have BT capability.
