Display randomly loses signal while pc is on and not responding

have been having this problem for a while now and i can not figure out the cause

i have 3 PCs and i leave all of them on 24/7 and the issue is only on one of them

the issue is my monitors randomly loses signal while the pc is on and i can still hear my friends on discord and everything is responding as normal the only thing i can do to fix it is to restart my pc, and i can replicate the issue by lightly tapping the table that the pc is on, i have taken my pc to my local pc repair shop with no result once the pc is with them it works fine with no issue at all and once i get it back it takes a while but the issue returns.

i have done a clean windows install and i reinstalled the display drivers as well also i have changed all the components i thought were the cause if the problem (GPU, RAM, SSD, Motherboard and PSU)

I have also tried changing the cable and the monitors and still get the same issue.

I gave the igpu a try and when i lightly tapped the table i got a blue screen crash and the pc restarted instantly and the display restarted also,

also i have my pc on a different table from my monitors because when the problem first started to happen it took so little force to cause like putting my phone on the table would cause the monitors to shut of

also i dont think that it is a monitor issue because this happened to three different monitors

Motherboard: Asus rog maximus z790 hero
RAM: g.skill trident z5 16Gb x 4
GPU: asus rog strix 4080
storage: 2x M.2 and 1x SSD
PSU: EVGA supernova 1600W

i am using display port 1.4 cabels and the ports are working perfectly there are no damage

when i had both monitors plugged in the dispay card the problem was happining more frequently they were both set to 120Hz and both monitors where turning off when the problem happened, and when i chsnged it to one monitor plugged to the motherboard and one plugged into the thew display card the problem became less frequent and when it happens only the monitor connected to the display card loses signal and the one connected to the motherboard do not, but i can only move the mouse and i can not click on anything ( cant open task manager, start menu, or any application)

the PC automaticly restarts when an update is installed

yes i have installed all the correct drivers for my motherboard and GPU

some things that stood out from the Speccy report for me…

why is C:\ using a 2.5 to 3.5" adapter?
any reason to have those other two SSD’s assigned to Drive A:\ and B:\ ?
Windows should have no issue, but some 3rd party programs may simply not know how to handle a drive that for generations were standardised to being used for floppies.

and since this only happens when making a light touch to the table, you have to be thinking hardware, and therefore the case.
so let’s that the case out of the equation.

reassemble the components on a piece of cardboard.
only connect the core parts needed to get into Windows to test this ‘lightly tapping’ issue.
so only one drive, one stick of memory, no GPU for now - and so on.

boot the PC and test, adding one more component after each successful test.,

i do not know why it is on an adapter because C:\ and A:\ are NVME M.2 and are connected directly to the motherboard.

does the drive letter make a difference? i have assigned them to A and B to make my pc folder shows A:\ B:\ C:\

sometimes the problem happens even when nothing touchs the PC

the first time i have had the problem i have suspected the case so i have changed the case then when it didnt stop i changed the motherboared when that didnt solve the issue i have changed the GPU and PSU, also one time i had the PSU out of the case and then i bumped the table and nothing happened that was before replacing the PSU that is why i replaced it but after i got the new one the problen returned.

and whenever i take my PC to my local PC shop the problem doent happen even when i hit my pc hard.

it will be hard to assemble my pc out of the case because i have hard loop water cooling i have done that after changing the case to the (Hyte Y60) case because my GPU was getting hot (75C - 80C) because it was placed near the glass panel

Set the fresh rate to the same for both monitors.

Does this only happen during game or if the system is idle YouTube twitch?

my theory was based on, if the obvious stuff yields no results, start looking at the non-obvious things!

i have just ran sfc and it said that it found some corrupted files and repaired them also i have reinstalled the gpu drivers with ddu multiple times when i started to have this issue

Speccy report shows that you have done nothing for the test that I have requested.

Monitors are still showing different.
Power scheme is not Balanced.

Have you enabled the SLI?

Does this only happen during game or if the system is idle YouTube twitch?

What were the results of the Clean Boot?

What is the system plugged into?
Bad power source.

Test the RAM one at a time.

They have stated this or physically proven this.
