No picture on monitor and no inputs for mouse or keyboard

I recently built a new pc from scratch and got everything finally hooked up (so I thought) and I do not have any picture from the hdmi hooked into the GPU and no inputs on the USB ports for my mouse or keyboard. I have tried removing and re-installing the gpu as well as removing and re-installing the ram. I have also changed the RAM to different slots and still nothing. Also there is a boot light on the motherboard.

I have a ASUS Prime Z790-A motherboard
gigabyte 4070 gpu
T-Force RAM 2 16 gig
i7 13700k cpu
NZXT kraken 280 cpu cooler
Crucial P5 ssd 1tb
barracuda 2tb HDD
corsair 750e power supply

Remove the gpu and plug video into the motherboard.

T-Force RAM 2 16 gig

Need more info, speed ddr 4 or 5 etc.
