hi i recently findout my motherboard had 20pin usb header. with usb 3 label on it. my motherboard donot have usb 3 ports. i researched and foundout 20pin means usb 3 is supported. so i purchased a 20pin to usb 3 device . device was blue in colour and when i plug it in and transfered a big file to a nvme ssd i was disapointed, speed is 32 MB/s which is same i get from my usb 2 ports. i dont know what to do. i cant return item, as amazon wont refund this product. please help me. is this due to some driver issue.

Is the computer a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if a brand name, provide the model name or series number (not serial) if a custom build post the brand and model name or number of the motherboard, providing these details will enable folk to better help you.
