    I sadly don’t have access to a 2nd pc.
The Mouse is a Trust Tecla 1 mouse and the Headphones are Bose Quietcomfort 35

how do they connect - dongle plugged into USB or bluetooth chip imbedded on motherboard?
because it looks like your GA15DH mobo has BT capabilities, and I assume the mouse came with its own BT dongle.

did you try one device at a time.

can you take them to a neighbour, family, work, friends PC?

the mouse is with a mini dongle that came with the mouse and the headphone is with the bluetooth chip.
Haven’t tried one device at a time. But since the problem doesn’t happen everyday that might mean I have to go up to a week without audio/music that would drive me insane
I’m on my own. Nobody’s pc to lend

I’d be using a wired mouse, or wired headset, while I isolate the issue.

have one device on BT and the other wired.
          see if problem repeats.
that may prove one of the devices is faulty.

also, have them both using only one BT connection - so both on the mobo connection (have mouse dongle unplugged) or both using the mouse’s dongle (have mobo BT driver disabled).

Not much really. It happend again today. 1 thing I have been noticing is if I left my pc on overnight it seems to happen more often than if I turn off my pc at night. I have no idea why and if it’s connected or just a “Correlation =/= Causation” type of thing

any luck with only using one of the devices at a time?
and having them both using the same BT connection?

I’m a bit hesitant to have them both on 1 BT connection tbh. I don’t think it is possible to have the mouse on the bluetooth chip since it came with its own mini usb dongle. It was just put in pc and it worked.
I also don’t think it’s a good idea to put the headphones on the mouse bluetooth dongle (if that is possible) concidering it’s like a 25 euro mouse so I doubt that the quality would be any good.
Right now I don’t have the money to buy a wired mouse or headphones to try 1 at a time. Don’t have a shop nearby that sells them since I live in remote farm land.
So when I got enough money i’ll try and order a cheap wired mouse to see if that works I guess

When you utilize the search for BT devices does the mouse come up in the list of choices? If not, it’s possible it’s on the 2.4 Mghz range that communicates with the dongle.

I only recognise the 2 Bose as being my headphones I don’t think either of the others are my mouse

No, click Start, type Bluetooth. Choose Bluetooth and other device settings. When you choose add device, BT, does the mouse show as an option?

I at this point would suggest a clean install of Windows minus the ASUS bloat. The ASUS stuff is not needed and often causes more issues than they are worth.
