    issues with headset disconnecting):

I have a wired headphone (razer kraken kitty) for little over two years for my pc (also is around just over two years old), i have had a reoccurring issue where my headset makes a small popping noise then disconnects from my pc, then it reconnects after a couple of seconds. It happens around once a minute or so or sometimes even more. The headset works fine without issue on a ps4. I have switched the USB jack to basically all of them and have the same issue, whilst other devices like my keyboard, mouse and wifi USB never have this issue whilst being plugged into the same USB jacks the headset has issues with. I have checked all my drivers and are all up to date along with all other updates. I am really confused why this is happening and was wondering if anyone had a possible reason/ solution for this. Thank you in advance!(:

g’day and welcome to the forums.

have you tried the headset in another PC?
and you have tried a USB2 port in the back of the PC?

let’s get your complete PC specs.
get Speccy from here; Speccy - Download Builds
in Speccy, click File > Publish Snapshot (hit Yes if prompted to proceed with publish) > Copy to Clipboard > Close.
now you can paste (Ctrl+V) that link into your next post.

One component Speccy doesn’t cover is the Power Supply Unit, so also include the make/model of the PSU.
