Ducky Mecha Mini 2020 changed setttings by itself

    Hi,
So ive got a Ducky mecha mini 2020 version and in the start of my LoL game I noticed i can’t press any spells.
But some keys work, the windows key so it shows me the scoreboard. So it isn’t broken I say to my self..

Then I try to click everything and I notice if I press CTRL + Q , W , E etc, I can do the spells.

    WTF IS GOING ON ???

I managed to find out how to factory reset it by pressing both windows buttons and now it’s back to normal ..

Did I go into some kind of special mode by pressing the wrong FN combination?

If this is some kind of FEATURE on this keyboard then this is INCREDIBLY stupid .. Why would anyone want this to happen

    please someone enlighten me

    Thank you for this forum.

I’m starting to understand now that I must’ve used a combination of FN + Windows Key and some number, maybe I’ve entered a configuration mode of sorts? But this doesn’t feel like the configuration mode because I was like I said able to press the spells only with using CTRL before pressing the actual spell button

Anytime you have a game that requires multiple key combinations to trigger an action coupled with a keyboard that also has multiple keystroke shortcut combos (Fn key) , you are bound to have crossover combos.
It would be almost impossible to troubleshoot unless someone else had the exact same setup and exact game with the exact configs to test.

Can you disable the Fn key while gaming?

          It’s not about the config.

The problem I think lies with some type of combination on the ducky keyboard (built in setup with key combination) that basically triggers some type of mode - this is what my theory is. It hasn’t happened again but it’s some type of easy accessible (which in my eyes is very stupid) combination with the fn keys so it enters some weird mode which basically disabled all keys and only allowed shift + w , e, r, q and windows key

I think I have better luck getting answers in some ducky keyboard forum but I haven’t found any of that sort yet

Nonetheless I have never , ever, experienced this weird behaviour from a keyboard ever.
I first thought it was broken but then noticed I could press the above keys.

          Very strange
