pc turns on but not monitors or keyboard

i had turned my pc off and then back on again, but now the pc turns on (fans lights etc work) but there’s no signal to the monitors or power to the keyboard or mic, although the leds of the mouse still work for some reason. i tried unplugging everything and putting it back and disconnecting the hard drives but nothings worked.

You need to supply some information about your PC.
Is it a big brand e.g HP Dell etc. If yes make and model + serial/service tag No.
If not make and model of the motherboard.
Could you also include the power supply specs E.g Cooler Master 850W Gold V2 NOT E.g 850w

Power off and remove power cord.
Press the on button a couple of time to drain residual power.
                Remove cmos battery for 10mins
                Reseat cmos battery
                Test

                    Power off
                    Remove ram
                    Clear cmos
insert 1 ram stick only in slot A2 test.
                    If no good
                    Power off
                    Remove ram
                    Clear cmos
insert different ram stick only in slot A2 test.
Do this with all your ram sticks.
Only have 1 ram stick in at a time.
