So other can assist let get a speccy report.

Do not forget to post the make and model of the PSU if this is a desktop.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Can see a couple of problems going on but we need the PSU information before going into detail.

650W sounds great but the fact that you do not even know the model name or number suggests that it may not be of good quality.

You may get lucky in that someone else comes along that is prepared to help you without having the exact PSU information, good luck.

first up, change your power profile to Balanced, see if that helps.

next, pop off the side cover of the case and either at the top or the bottom (where ever the power cord goes into) you’ll find the power supply. on it should be a big sticker showing the brand, make/model, wattage - tell us what is says.

try turning off XMP in the BIOS memory settings as well.

Released in 2018 with only a two year warranty and rated as – Tier C • Low-end three reasons why it shouldn`t be used anywhere near an ASUS RTX 3060 that requires a minimum of a 650W Gold efficiency rated PSU.

can’t say for sure, but a step in the right direction.
