Mouse issue

I have a strange issue with my mouse. Every few days it starts to be erratic in that the arrow head starts to flash on & off. I can just about manage to move it around despite this but sometimes it just disappears. If I turn it off & on again it sometimes recovers but often not. If I close down the PC & restart that usually solves it for a few hours. Obviously I have tried new batteries. The mouse is wireless so I have tried two other mouse options, with a usb thingy & a wired one but the problem persists with them all.
My PC is an HP envy all-in-one. I am on the latest windows edition.
Any thoughts please?
