My monitor got a white line at the bottom , if i take a screenshot the monitor is normal , it also has screen burn . This happened to the monitor before but it got back to normal after 5-10 minutes. Please help?

Sounds like a dead pixel to me, sometimes running through certain colors or patterns can cause the pixel to come back for a bit.
Try running through this dead pixel tester and see where it gets you, is your monitor still under warranty? -
Saddly is not under warranty , but thanks for the advice ,it seems like that white line is stuck there i dont know what it means , the line is semi transparent because i can adjust my image to get under this line. The display image is stuttering its like the monitor is on drugs .Comment

If it’s not under warranty there’s not much that I know of that can be done, let’s get some other opinions.
