weird blue tint that shows up

this happens on my monitor not my actual pc. but i have a 144hz monitor that will be working perfectly fine but over about 20 minutes it shows up with a weird blue tint around everything. especially around shadows in games. [MEDIA=imgur]pXJijek[/MEDIA]

so you have two screens, and this only happens on one of them?
any chance you can take a better picture, it’s too blurry to work out whether it’s just a bad shot or where this blue is suppose to be, plus there is no baseline to compare it to as to what it should look like.
