    Problem with control

Hi, I ask for help with my computer.
Long story short, it has a weird thing where I can only write special characters like ą and ł (I’m from Poland). The roller (?) on my mouse only makes page on chrome bigger and smaller and don’t move the page up and down. There are some other problems but it would be too long to write all of them. I reinstalled the drivers for my keyboard, turned off both of my ctrl buttons - the problem was still in place. I unplugged the keyboard and the problem was still happening. I don’t know what to do and I hope somebody has any idea on how to fix it!

so other can assist need more information

Make and model of the mouse?

Have you checked the mouse setting in control panel?

Checked the Ease of Access Center for anything that may be activated there?

Is it just the Chrome browser that is affected and or another browser and or programs?

      What version of windows?

I did check the control panel and ease of access for both of keyboard and mouse and nothing was checked, everything was perfectly normal. However when I checked keyboard checker, when the problem was active (sometimes it appears and sometimes not) the space, control and both alts were grayed out which means they couldn’t be pressed. Tab and windows keys were white so they should be able to be pressed however when I pressed windows key nothing was happening and solely pressing tab key resulted in alt+tab combo to show up on my screen

I unplugged my keyboard and the problem was still present so I think maybe it’s something with windows.. as a last resort I’ll have to format my drive and install fresh windows..

Which may or may not fix it and or temporally.

Let’s see if a clean boot will clear it up. Make sure to read through the information completely.

Also are you the only user on that system?

You have gone through the mouse button configurations through the mouse software?
