Alt keys not working

Clean boot have repaired the issue , thank you so much for your help! If you don’t mind thought could you help me out with one more matter? Both my alts are not working. I would just assume my keyboard is screwed if It was one but both not working seems fishy. Tried to do keyboard test and there is no detection to clicking both of the alts.

Here are some things to try while waiting for other to answer.

Different keyboard to confirm that it is the keyboard?

Have you tried disconnecting the keyboard and trying a different USB slot?

Cleaning the keyboard (system off) turn upside down and gently rub the keys then use some compressed air to blow out any leftover stuff.
