Looks to me like the work laptop seems to be working well, and the gaming PC is the issue. I’d say it’s fine by me, I would not know where to start to help, @Pyro would assist.
Does anyone have any info on best way to connect the 3 monitors to the 2 computers ?

To Recap the above image system works fine with my laptop but only 1 screen with my gaming PC.
I had the 3 screens plugged into the gaming PC but this means i have to change the setting on 3 monitors to switch.
I would prefer to have a kcm switch.
To perform like the following
Laptop using peripherals ( keyboard, mice and headphones AND 3 Monitors ) WITH ONE BUTTON PUSH the system changing to use the GAMING PC with all the same peripherals.
I have a UGREEN USB switch but that doesn’t help monitor switch .
Can you just plug the Dell hub into the gaming computer? This should allow your to use everything plugged into the hub on both computers depending on which one you plug in.
You can get either a DP to USB-C adapter or DP to USB-C cable, I would simply plug your game pc into the dell hub and swap which cable you have plugged in as necessary.
