Open up Settings > Devices > Mouse and then click “Additional mouse options” towards the bottom.
Click on the Wheel tab and let me know what those values are set to.
Do you have any other devices plugged in when this happens?
Maybe a gamepad, another mouse or keyboard, or something you used while you were playing games?
I have changed the scroll settings to 10 lines now.
This issue didn’t always happen (I am not sure when it started) and it is only obvious when I am on a long webpage or a long document where I can notice the scrolling not performing as usual.
The issue can be replicated at times, especially when the issue occurs. When I notice the scroll not working properly, I can try scrolling up or down repeatedly and I will be able to observe the issue again.
Maybe because I modified the lines per scroll, the issue has not re-occurred since my last reply in this thread.
