trouble connecting/using wireless controller on pc

I use a bluetooth dongle ‘‘BCM920702 bluetooth 4.0’’
And my controller Dualshock 4 v2
The controller connects to both my pc and inputmapper wireless but only the trackpad works (as a mouse)

Have you downloaded DS4 Windows or do you prefer Your current software?
Have you tried connecting via wired first then connecting via Bluetooth? In my case the DS4 worked after first connecting via wired method then pairing via Bluetooth.
