Have you ensured the TV is on the correct HDMI channel? Still not clear as to whether this has been checked. This is done on the TV so would be input.
Have you used Project screen on the PC to share your PC screen to the TV?

The new one i have is a monitor now but still no problem and yea its in the right channel.

Also I can’t seem to find out what a project screen is but I haven’t used that.

Click the Windows logo + P to open the project screen, choose duplicate.

Strip the system down to the bare properties and see if it shows anything.

Make sure that the CPU fan is plugged into the proper port.

Try a different display card.

Assemble the system outside of the case to see if that make a difference using the bare minimal for it to run.
