    HP Instant Ink not connecting

    Hi all,

    Really hope someone can help out with this

    I have been a customer of Instant Ink for over 1 year and a few months ago I could use the service. HP carried out a lot of troubleshooting nd we also connected the printer via my mobiel phone to the server. The service keeps saying, need to register but cannot do so.

    As the cartridges are Instank Ink I cannot make use of the printer either.

    Virgin forum does not have any helpful answers either ( the braoadband company)

    I connect via Mesh extensions with the router in modem mode. I also taken out the Mesh extensions and connected via Wifi but got no joy.

    Any help would be really appreciated as we need a printer for school.

    g’day BL and welcome to the forums.

    why can’t you print? the lack of that service shouldn’t stop the printer.
    that service, does it live on the PC or the printer?
    what is make/model of printer?

    to get over the hump until this is resolved, can that service be disabled and the printer connected via a USB cable?
