Computer is recording own sound instead of my voice from microphone.For example when i join voice chat my friends hear video sound on youtube but they didnt hear my voice from microphone

What software are you using to record with?
Do you have the mic added showing in the recording software and are the bars moving?

yes i can not solve it.when i join to voice chat my friend can not hear me but when i start a video on youtube he hears sound of this video.

Also check to make sure that the mic is not muted any place.

Can you answer the questions in Post # 2

What type of Mic are you using?
Make and Model?

Do you have another system that you can test the Mic on to see if it is working correctly?
