My computer monitor turns off in certain patterns and situations.

I know that this seems like an easy problem with an easy solution but I’ve been struggling to find a clear solution to it and its been bothering me for months now.

My problem is pretty clear: My computer monitor turns off all of a sudden for around 2 seconds.

I have tried multiple HDMI cables to make sure that that wasn’t the problem. And it isn’t.

But something very interesting that I have noticed is that this problem always when something is in fullscreen mode (example: Video games, Youtube videos)

Also, I have noticed that it happens at around 2-11 PM, no other problem before or after those hours.
And this last part is the one that gets me even more confused as to what the problem could be.

Its not in a clear pattern. It just happens randomly between that time. But I do have noticed that its more likely to happen when going in between loading screens or whatever that makes a drastic change in what’s shown in the screen.

My monitor is a Samsung p2770fh.

      Hi,

Do you have another monitor that you can swap and test to see if the same behavior occurs with another monitor?
