    Old mp3 player

    Hello i have a old mp3 player where i would like to take some music from.

    Windows doesn’t recognize the device nothing happens when i plug it into my pc except the mp3 player charging.

    on the back it says: Made in China / (site doesn’t work anymore) / P50571

    in the settings on the mp3 player it says: Firmware version

    date: 2008/12/05

    core: 9.5.54

    507m10c_v1.1Fw:

    date: 2009/02/06

    Does anyone know how to get the mp3 files from my mp3 player to my windows 10 pc?

          i think windows 10 doesn’t support it anymore

            Try this..

            And quote:

              there is no application when i plug in the mp3 player into my pc it only starts charging

                    Some MP3 Players have screens if that one does have you gone into the settings of the device to enable usb?

                        Do you have access to another system that could read the MP3 player

                            The only other thing that I would suggest is to see if any of the media players see it where you could pull the data off?

                            There have been a few devices that require the software to be installed for them to work.

                            Others may have suggestions.
