    Wireless Mouse Not Working Suddenly

I bought a wireless mouse a month ago and it was working just fine for a while. But out of nowhere it stopped working. I tried different UBS ports for the receiver, changed batteries on the mouse, uninstalled all mice in device manager (didn’t see the specific mouse name, but I just uninstalled them all to be safe), tried updating drivers on all mice that were available, and tried googling the drivers for this particular brand but could not find it anywhere (Miniso Ultrathin Metallic Mouse Model MS-270OR).

Any suggestions before I try to exchange it in the store, which will most likely be rejected because this store isn’t great when it comes to service?

    Hello

Have you tied un-plugging the wireless bud in your usb port and re-inserting it?

Do you have another pc you can try that wireless mouse on? It may be an issue with that mouse..

I think so too. I just wasn’t sure if there was a way to access specific drivers or something to see if it is the mouse or my computer

@reasonabletan please no need to quote every previous post. Unnecessary clutter.

The mouse should not need any special drivers to have basic features working in Windows.
