    H.264 video files

First post posted on 09/10/19 @ 19.17 pm
Hi this is my first post so I hope you will be gentle with me and I hope someone can help so TIA, I am running Win10 on a laptop with first gen intel “i7”quad core processor. Here is my issue / problem. I am the head of a local charity in the town where I live and recently we had an incident where a person tampered with our CCTV system, we have checked our CCTV video and we have been able to positively identify the person involved, however we have had to remove and replace the original HDD to prevent it being over written and to preserve the evidence for disciplinary action I have purchased an AGPtek SATA/PATA/IDE Drive to USB 2.0 so that I can down load the H.264 video files to CD for permanent storage. I have had a look around and as yet I can’t find any software / program that would help me download this type of file, Any help would be gratefully received. Thank you in advance. My email address is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

What do you mean? You should just be able to drag and drop any file you wish onto the storage usb.
