RGB Fans and CPU Cooler not Working Properly...

I had built a pc and set up everything, the fans and cpu cooler were automatically set to red (which i wanted it to be RGB), so when I tried changing it from the Mystic Light Sync software from MSI, I could change the static colour but not switch it to rgb, its just greyed out. Plus while changing the colour, its the complete opposite to what I chose! Some of the colours didnt even work at times, e.g. I would choose a bright yellow and it would be a murky disgusting brown colour. The cpu fan also does the same thing but when the software says its “off” the colour of it is just a dark blue. The software has a breathing option, for some of the colors it doesnt do a smooth transition from bright colour to off. For example the orange breathing option for the fans would start as an orange but would instantly change to a dark green then a dark purple then turn off and repeat. This is very frustrating as I have dismantled the pc and put it back together again but nothing changed, I have seen other peoples builds on this and the RGB looks amazing and works perfectly. The fans are the default ones that come with the MAG PYLON from MSI and and CPU cooler is a Wraith Stealth default cpu cooler. I desperaly need help on this because its been going on like this for months and I still havent found a solution.

Sorry about that, didnt have internet for a couple days. The MSI how to thing didnt exactly help I even tried downloading the MSI Dragon Centre (because you could change the rgb in that software as well) but to no avail. If you can’t find anything about this its ok, because ive just set it to a red colour (but you know RGB better).

Can`t find any specific remedy for this issue only other people that have the same issue, I did find an alternative software here

Did you happen to check MYSTIC LIGHT SYNC COMPATIBLE PRODUCTS reason I ask is because none of your list of hardware in your OP is RGB tech and MSI cases are not even mentioned in the compatible cases drop down list.
