Choppy Keyboard Input or whatever

I was playing Crossout and BeamNG.drive and got into the free flying camera. Once I pressed any of WASD, the camera would move, but would stop and go and stop and go. It’s like movement became choppy. I couldn’t turn and accelerate properly in-game because of this “choppiness.” Is it input lnput Lag? What is it called and how to stop it?

If you open Notepad and hold down W, A, S, or D, does it also output the letters with the same choppiness? Have you tried another keyboard?

Yes, I’ve tried using Notepad and it doesn’t output with the choppiness. I’ve also tried another keyboard and it was still choppy. btw it’s when I hold down the key, and it happens to all games not just one or two games.
