75 or 60 hz?

I have two HP 27f monitors, they run at 60hz as optimal setting but I bought them to run at 75hz? Would it be damaging or worth/not worth to run it at 60 as opposed to 75 for gaming?

I’ve heard some people say it’s such a small difference that it’s not worth putting the strain on the monitors or whatever but that’s what I bought them for. :LOL:

My bad, I don’t see much a difference and I don’t really understand if there’s damage for running it higher but I guess I’m fine?
