Constant Microphone Crackling Noise

After finishing a game with some friends they started to hear a crackling noise from my mic and could no longer hear me. So I enabled listen to this device on my microphone and there was an insanely loud crackling noise.
I don’t have microphone boost enabled.
Noise suppression enabled/disabled changes nothing.
All of my drivers are up to date.
I have a gaming m3 motherboard.
Everything is plugged in properly and no other jacks seem to work.
This is my headset here.
And this change was completely random, my friends could hear me fine several minutes ago during the match.
Also im on windows 10.

Headset and motherboard are both fairly new, i’ve had them for under a year.

Hi Ben,

If you’ve tried other jacks, have you tried another microphone? A sound like that means the microphone is internally failing

In addition to the above, have you tried the headset on another computer.

Yeah, turns out it was just the headset stuffing up, gonna go claim warranty at my place of purchase thanks guys.
