WD Cloud NAS Drive access issue

I run a Windows 10 PC that I have recently Rebooted back to factory settings, I also have a WDMYCLOUD NAS drive that I store mainly Video/picture files on for streaming to other devices across the house and to remote devices such as my tablet. However since I reset my PC I am no longer abler to drag and drop files onto the NAS drive, Before the reset I simply had a shortcut on my desktop and that opened the drive allowing me to drag and drop files. The drive appears on the NETWORK, but not as a drive to drag and drop to,
I can access the drive via its IP address in my search engine, but still cannot drag and drop files. And when I click on the NETWORK - WDMYCLOUD it shows an error message as in the attached pics.
Can anyone assist me in getting back to where I was initially, having a desktop shortcut to the NAS drive and being able to drag and drop files onto it. I have tried at length with the WD support forums and tried everything I can.

    Thanks for any help

Can you map the drive and assign a letter to it?
