Bdw this device is from my new company i dont know any history about it and also I’m new to hardwares i want to solve this my self that’s why i am trying please guide thank you.
it’s 160GB so it something like 10 years old.
what was it used in; an old PC, a Mac machine, NAS, server, recording device, what?
your Windows PC cannot detect it either because of the way it is currently formatted or, more likely, because it is dead.
for Windows to see it, and any recovery software to access it, it will need a drive letter assigned to it, and to do that, you will have to initialise it.
a quick format will only destroy the boot records, no data sectors should be touched, but it all depends on the drives current state.

I have no info on history but it was used in windows
It has data which must be recover
There’s no data on the drive. You need to initialize it first. But before you do, please verify that the filesystem says RAW
After doing so, please re-run WD Diagnostics. Your drive failed a test.
There is data on the drive which must be recover. Still i was trying to identify that can be work without initialized. See link below it has damaged enclosure. Would it be good option to change new enclosure or connect with direct adapter ?
Or based on all suggestions must it be achievable only after initialize the drive?
does it sense to try out by changing enclosure or connect direct adapter? Whats App Image 2018 09 11 at 13 34 18 hosted at ImgBB — ImgBB
I have little knowledge in hardware stuffs. Pls be kind if i messed up
any solid idea to recover data from exact location on drive ?
Not without sending it to a date recovery expert. That is if the platters have not been scratched by the heads. If the platters are even still intact.

You should contact the company you got it form and tell them that you received the drive and tried to use it and could not due to the damage done to the drive.
as already stated in your thread on another forum - that drive is dead.
a professional outfit would be your only hope but prepare for an expensive outcome.
