Disk Imaging Software Won't Detect USB Drive

I’m trying to write a disk image to my USB drive but disk imaging software won’t detect my USB drive. How do I fix this?

what is the disk imaging software?
have you tried another to confirm, say Macrium?
what size is the USB stick?
does the PC detect the USB stick?

I’ve tried using Suse Image Writer & Power ISO. The PC detects it but Software doesn’t. 32GB. I’ve tried Macrium Reflect & it doesn’t have what I need.

Would you mind telling us EXACTLY what you need that Macrium wont do as a disc image app? Power ISO has nothing to do with creating a Disk Image
