Audio Interface

Hello I am currently having an issue with my Scarlett Solo Gen 2 interface. Hopefully someone knows a bit about them. It worked for about a week but now it doesn’t. It’s plugged in and LED is green until I activate the 48v power to it, after that it just flickers and disconnects and reconnects over and over again. Any idea what this is?
