Can't connect to router Alcatel LinkZone MW40V

I bought a second hand Alcatel LinkZone MW40V mini router, the language is Czech and would like to change it so I know what I’m doing and can see if it works, but can’t login into the admin, once connected, by typing on the browser:
http(s)://mobile.hotspot
http(s)://192.168.0.1
http(s)://192.168.1.1
it results in a connection error.
The simcard is fine, has 300GB data in it and activated correctly. Any clue what I could check? Thanks.

Android. But also tried connecting via PC and same result, if that helps.

What is the error message you receive when it “won’t connect”?

I meant the admin panel doesn’t load on the browser, it may not be what you call an error in the sense that there is no message error, the page simply doesn’t load.

Try a different browser without any ad-blockers or extensions.
