Weird results on google search and all other search engines/ browsers

I get these weird results when I look something up all the time please help it’s been an ongoing issue for some time now on my iPhone and on my PC I’ve factory rest everything including router but still happens [ATTACH type=“full”]12574[/ATTACH]

Operating system or the browser?

Have you tried a different browser?

Anyone else having this issue or just your user and or systems?

Does this happen no matter what you’re searching for?
Is the browser set to German language? If not are you using a VPN which may be routing the searches via a German IP?
Have you tried clearing the browser’s cookies, cache & history?
Have you scanned your PC/phone for malware? (Not applicable if using iPhone/iPad).
